Has anyone had experience with Community Blue and WLS?

I live in PA and am covered by my husband's insurance which is BLUE CROSS Community Blue. Has any one had issues, good or bad,with this carrier? I would love to know, requirements for approval for WLS, length of time of approval or anthing else that may be relevent to WLS. Thanks, Connie
