I have aetna hmo insurance until the end of this month (june)

I have aetna hmo insurance until the end of this month (june) because i took a new job.....and they have cigna hmo. Problem is that i got the referral to see the surgeon in my area (Dr. Yasrebi--he is great!) from aetna, now problem is he doesnt except cigna hmo!! i can elect to take cobra and pay the 102% premium or i can start the ball rolling with cigna, which means i have to find a new surgeon all over, does anyone have any suggestions for me, preferably in the jacksonville,fl area or anyone that has faced the same thing. p.s. anyone know of an awesome surgeon in fla that takes cigna hmo?
