Has anyone one out there had the gastric bypass procedure and now revised it ?

Hello I am 39 years old and when I was 15 years old I had gastic bypass surgery with a revision one year later. This surgery kept my weight down in my high school years in the 200's but now I weigh over 450 and because of health problems and inability to lose weight and keep it off I have made the decision to try the Fobi Pouch procedure. My doctor says that since it has been so long ago since my last surgery that there should be enough collaterol circulation developing in that area to prevent complications such as leakage, etc. Is there anyone out there who has gone through or are going through this surgery or the RNY procedure with a history of past gastric surgery? If so please e-mail me with what to expect and how things have gone or is going for you currently. Any feedback would be helpful. I am not changing my mind about having this surgery but I am nervous and I want to know what I may be up against from the patient's perspective.
