What does this really mean?

Here is what my insurance manual states under "Exclusions" : Weight loss. <i"Services and supplies to treat obesity, weight loss or dietary control even if they are part of the treatment plan for another Sickness. But the plan may cover some services and supplies for weight loss if the Claim Administrator determines that these services and supplies are Medically Necessary based on it's evaluation of your body mass index (BMI) and health status."</i><br> My question is, does this mean that they are saying that they will not cover it, or do I have a fighting chance? Thanks for your input.
