I AM I MONTH POST, HAD RNY AND I CANT EAT NOTHING WITHOUT FEELING SICK
WHAT I MEAN IS THAT I DONT EAT THAT MUCH. I PROBABLY EAT 1-2 TIMES A DAY. I KNOW THIS IS NOT GOOD BUT WHEN I DO EAT (WHICH IS STILL 1-2 TABLESPOONS) I GET SO FULL. I DO DRINK MY WATER AND JUICES, BUT I DONT DRINK THOSE PROTEIN DRINKS OR SHAKES BECAUSE I CANT STAND THEM. ANOTHER I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT I DONT TKE MY VITAMINS,IRON OR CITRACAL REGURALY. I DID LOSE 35LBS SO FAR AND I KNOW IKNOW THIS WRONG HAD ANYONE WENT THROUGH STAGE, IF SO HOW DID YOU DEAL WITH THIS.
