Why am I gaining weight even though I exercise for an hour at least 5 days a week?
I recently joined a health club and I go to a water aerobics class 5 days a week. We exercise hard and I definitely work up a sweat and my heart pumps harder than it has in 30 years. I haven't changed my eating habits so I assumed that if I was losing weight before, I would really lose weight now. But I am gaining!! What a major disappointment. I just want to know if I am doing something wrong or what? I am 21/2 months post op and I had Open RNY. Thanks Gail Brown St. Petersburg, FL
