I am 4 days post op I shake and sweat and become light headed, WHY?

I am 4 days post op and find that I shake, sweat and become light headed at the same time. Has anyone out there experienced this? What am I doing wrong? Is there something you did to ease it? I am following my diet from the dietician. Any help would be appreciated. Jennifer
