Anyone know of a Dr. in Michigan who will take medicaid??

Upper Peninsula Health plan aka Medicaid has approved my surgury but I don't have a Dr. Anyone know of any Docs in the state of Michigan or Northern Wisconsin that will take Medicaid for WLS? Any help would be much appreciated. God bless all of you.
