I've lost 100 lbs in 4 1/2 mos. but my weight has stopped -

I have been on this "plateau" for about 1 month now. Have I lost all I am going to lose? I dont like water, but I drink hot tea and liquids all the time - exercise everyday. I still do not like meats, but I try to eat soups, and vegetables. I do however, snack on salty things (it stays down at least)! I still eat very little and can not understand not losing any pounds. I am losing inches - according to my clothes, but I want to see those scales MOVE. Any suggestions?
