Anyone been to Dr. Cerabona or Dr. Leitman?

Hi...I have consult appointments set with both Dr. Cerabona of Valhalla, NY and Dr. Leitman of NYC. I'd like to get some feedback on anyone that has had surgery performed by either doctor...how your insurance was handled, just any info you can give. Thanks.
