cigna changed criteria ???

my 1st denial, Cigna said I had to be on at least a 12 week supervised diet. Now the 2nd denial Cigna is saying at lease 6 months supervised diet. I have been seeing a RN with diet & excersise consuling since Aug 2001 (6 months) now and sent this documation, but for some reason they can read it or they arent accepting it, which doesnt make sense cuz they would accept a high school girl from weight watchers stamping your chart but not an RN what they HECK. I am soooo MAD i am giving Cigna 1 more chance then I am writing the STATE INSURANCE BOARD....
