Has anyone else noticed a change in there skin... I have zits !!!!!!

I have never had zits even in high school. I would only get one or two a month. But I have noticed that I have got a small communtiy on my temples. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if it is just what I am choosing to eat. I have been eating alot of cheese products. But not sweets. Never heard of cheese causing zits. I am 30 and I had a open a month ago
