Has anyone has surgery at the Bariatric Treatment Center in Ypsilanti??

I have BC/BS. Dr. B at The Bariatric Treatment Center in Ypsilanti is out of network. I know my insurance will pay in nertwork fees because my PCP filled out the referral papers, BUT has anyone had surgery there, and had it out of network with BC/BS PPO? I am wondering if I will have to pay anything out of pocket to the Doctor????
