What is wrong with me? I am getting scared here.

Today is exactly 3 weeks since I had the open RNY surgery. Everything was going well until this past Monday. I woke up sick as a dog, having an extrememly bad case of diarhea. I was supposed to go get my staples out that day but couldn't even get out of bed. The next day was the same, although Tuesday nite, I started cramping so bad I thought I was going to die. It was as bad as labor pains. I managed to get to the doctor on Wednesday & he took some blood & gave me a prescription for lomotal & phenerghan. They called me back on Thursday & said my bloodwork really wasn't that bad, but if I felt I needed to go to the ER, then go. Thursday is the day I started dry heaving. I did not go to the ER because I thought I was feeling somewhat better, although not much. So here it is, 7 days later & I have basically only had water to drink (I am supposed to be on a pureed diet). Also, I have woken up the past couple of nites with my arms & legs feeling really weird. Not hurtng, just feeling real heavy & uncomfortable. I don't know what to do. This is the most sick I have ever been in my life. I haven't had any diarhea in 24 hours, but I am still dry heaving & am totally exhausted. What could be wrong?
