What do I do if I'm approved from Humana for this surgery and my husband's job

changes to another insurance carrier? I got approved from Humana on Dec.4th but I can't celebrate that victory because my DH job might switch carriers. Can I carry my approval for WLS over to my new ins. carrier if they switch. The switch would become effective Jan.1,2002 and I know I won't be having surgery until atleast Feb.2002. HELP HELP HELP.
