When and who do I talk to to see if I am approved at Humana HMO?

All of my information was sent to Human on Nov. 8th 2001, today is Nov. 28th, I have not heard anything yet, I called Humana and the lady told me she couldn't give me that information. Does anybody know what I should ask or who I am suppose to specifically talk to to find out if I am approved or not?
