My Psych Scheduled me for another appointment in Jan, Is that a red light?

I had my evauation just a few days ago. I thought it went alright, he told me at the end that he thought I was bright enough and mature enough to have the surgery but he made another appointment for me to see him in Jan is that a warning that he may not clear me.
