Does Kaiser really require that you have a BMI over 50 to be considered?

I have been looking through this websites and have saw that Kaiser says that you have to be at a BMI of over 50. My doctor told me that I would have to be over 300 pounds just to be considered (which is about 300 pounds). I just need some updated information on what Kaiser requires.
