Vomiting started at 4 weeks Post Open RNY

It's actually dry heaves, almost all day, every day. I've already been admitted once for dehydration and feel it coming on again. Any suggetions, I'm taking Zofran, and Protonix (sp?) for the acid. I've already had an endoscopy, everything was okay.
