I need help for a friend who is in desperate need of WLS

Hi all! I need some information on Central States Team Care Insurance through the Teamsters Union. I have a dear friend who is in desperate need of WLS and I need to know if anyone has had this insurance or knows of anyone who has and had it pay for WLS surgery. Thanks...K
