Does anyone know of anyone who is performing the Lap-Band in or around Michigan?

I am very interesed in finding a surgeon in or near Michigan who will perform the Lap-Band. Also, I was wondering if anyone has heard if Crohn's Disease patients can have this done. Your response is extremely appreciated.
