Anyone with CIGNA Healthcare of Ohio HMO been approved for BPD/DS?

I'm beginning my appeal to CIGNA Healthcare of Ohio HMO for the Biliopancreatic Diversion with Duodenal Switch WLS. And I need to find anyone who has been approved for this surgery with Cigna!
