Has anyone heard of or had surgery with Dr. Harrington in Richmond, VA?

I have my first consultation set up for the 17th of August with Dr. Gary Harrington of Commonwealth Surgeons in Richmond VA. He's a somewhat newer partner to Dr. Hutcher who I know is a very respectable surgeon and well known in this area. Has anyone heard or know of Dr. Harrington, or perhaps has talked with him before or has had surgery done by him? I don't know too much about him except for what their office has already told me. So any information I can get would be greatly appreciated.
