I HAVE HIT A BIG PLATEAU, HELP!!!!!
Hello I am 11 weeks post op, and have lost abour 50 pounds, that all happening between week 4 through 9. Well for the last two/three weeks I have not lost a pound!?!?! Any ideas on what I should be eating, to help get back on track, and what I shoulnd't be eating! I love fruit! Watermealon is my favorite, but someone told me that even the natural sugar in it was to much, and could cause me to gain? Have anyone very heard of this? I only eat about 2oz a time. and this is in the morning. What are some of the things that you all have done to help when you hit a PLATEAU! Thanks for all the help!
