Are there any Dr.s that have done the bypass surgery at no charge in the past? Or tha

I have no insurance. My employer offers insurance but it is so expensive that if I did have it I would have no way to take care of my child. However, I make to much to qualify for Medical Assistance programs. I've been told that I have to lose weight or be in a wheelchair the rest of my life. This surgery could very well save my life.
