Has anyone had your hands and feet itch constantly so bad that it wakes you up?

About 2 weeks ago my hands, fingers and feet started itching so bad that when I finally fall asleep it wakes me up. It's not non-stop, but pretty close. I was wondering if it could be the B-12 nose spray? Anyone else have this?
