dose anyone know if medicare will cover the cost of wls?

I am currently recieving social security disability> I can no longer work because of my weight. I have developed hypertension,diabeties,arthritis and have been told I have suffered some heart damage after a bout with pnemonia. I would appreciate any help with this insurance problem.
