Is there a time or weight limit you have to be before you can have another surgery

Is there a weight scale you have to meet before you can have some other wls? Is there a time limit. I had lap RNY alittle over a year ago.I weighed 280,lost to 150 and now am back to 180,AND GAINNING FAST. The less I eat,the faster I gain! I'm talking 10 lbs a week.I can not bear gainning the weight back! Is there some surgery to help lose down to what the scales should say for someone 5 foot tall?? About 4 months ago sugars stopped bothering me when I'd eat them , feels like nothing changed inside me . I can eat as much as I want and nothing happened! After gainning 5 lbs back eating freely I now eat mainly fruit and seafood in small sizes but still 10 more pounds came . I feel like the world is ending for me. I can not regain this fat or the life it had me trapped in! Any help out there?
