Dr. Tanaka of Pacific Bariatrics in San Diego and Blue Cross PPO

Has anyone ever had surgery with Dr. Tanaka. Also has anyone ever dealt with Pacific Baraitrics and Blue Cross PPO. If so i need to chat with you. :)
