Am I in need of revision ? ?

The VGB I had in 95 has failed. I dropped about 150 lbs but have since gained back almost 70 lbs of it. I have been dumping since day 1 and am still dumping daily. I can barely eat anything yet the weight finds me. I have tried to fight with exercise and diet restriction. My diet is already restricted because I cant tolerate foods without rejecting. I exercise very very regularly-as much as I can w/o passing out from being malnutrioned. I just had an EGD,stomach scope. The Dr says that my pouch is still small and a revision to RNY wouldnt help me? "I cant eat-Did he seriously think it would be stretched from overeating?" The Dr told me that there is failure associated and that my body has just become used to the pouch. Id like to know what needs to be happening to me to be considered for a revision? Has anyone experienced what I am going thru and what did you do about it? Any comments, suggestions,info, etc. would be greatly appreciated? Thanks.
