What to do when VBG fails

I had a VBG done in 1995. I am 5'10. I dropped from 375 to my lowest weight of about 240 in about 1 year. Now 6 years later, I am back up to 300 lbs. Yet I can barely eat. I feel like such a failure. What is happening to me? I have been dumping from day 1 and it hasnt stopped. I cant always eat meat/vegetables and other foods without easing into it. It hurts so much, feels like gas, and my body rejects it which leave sme sick all day with an irritated sensitive stomach. Now Im experiencing bouts of lightheadness and feelings of high blood pressure and what seems like hypoglycemia although my doctors cant catch it when Im feeling this way. I just had a EDG, Scope, and my doctor says my pouch is still small and that I must be one of the people whose bodies have just gotten used to the small pouch. I am due to have an Upper GI 2 weeks from now. I am huge again and cant stop the weight from coming. I am active in aerobic classes, walking, riding my bike, anything for physical activity. What is happening with me, will some type of revision help me. Can you think of anything. I am deficient of vitamins. I cant keep them down. The nutritionist suggests low fat/calorie foods. of course. I dont think they hear me. I cant keep food down.
