Can you help me get the last 30 to 40 lbs off?

I did want to ask a question since I noticed I probably have not lost anything in 1-2 months- and I am getting nervous as my window is closing rapidly. I am nine months out and have lost a total of 89 lbs. I started at 277 and am currently stuck at 188. I was wondering if any of you are similar in my weight/BMI/months out- and have noticed your weight loss slowing drastically (or you have been there and finally got past it)? - I KNOW haven't been eating the greatest of foods in the past two months and this more than likely is affecting me (I'm not elaborating- lets just say I can eat just about ANYTHING, and have, just small portions) The good thing is my exercise has increased 150%... so I was just looking for someone who may have similar concerns as mine, any tips on getting back on track with good food and when I may see that last 30-40 lbs go?
