Has anyone got approved through United Health Care who works for Pepsi Co.?

I was told that the company pays for their policies and decides what exclusions to include. I was told that Pepsi Co. does not cover the surgery even if United Health Care pays for the surgery through other employers. Pespi owns Frito Lay, Tropicana, some KFC's, Gatorade, and Quaker.
