Has anyone had a revision from a proximal r-n-y to a distal r-n-y? any info please!

i am in need of a revision and my insurance wants to have info on successful second surgeries...anyone out there been a revision from a proximal to a distal and done well? any info would be GREATLY appreciated! thanks catherine in AZ.
