Anthem PPO-I have till Friday to decide if I want to switch

I currently have an insurere that's more expensive and has been a huge pain. Plus, since I've already begun the process, I'm worried about pre-existing conditions. I'm going to have to stretch to show a medically supervised diet. My BMI is 42 with Comorbs Chronic back pain, hip and ankle pain, high cholesterol, depression. Can anyone help me? I'll get more details hopefully see the actual policy before I have to decide. Thanks
