Do I qualify for gastric bypass surgery?

I am a 50 year old female and on meds for high blood pressure, high colesterol,degenerative bone disease in both my knees, hiatel hernia, depression, restless leg syndrome and now I had a high sugar count when they did a 3 hour gluclose tolerance test. I am tired of being overweight and unhappy and in pain all the time. I hope I will qualify.
