2 surgeons have said I would not be a good candidate due to Gastroparesis

I had a gastric empty scan which showed I had 92% of solid food still in my stomach after 90 minutes. 2 surgeons have both said I would not be a good candidate for weight loss surgery. My bmi is 49 and I am at a loss as to what to do. Any help would be appreciated....
