Breast Size. Surgery for Breast Augmentation?

Does anyone know of any way to get the insurance companies to pay for breast augmentation after WLS? I literally have NO fat in my breasts and they now fold up in my bras to be graphic. It looks terrible but more than that, they don't fit any bras. To be very graphic, they fall out of any bras that I have tried because there is nothing but skin there. Does anyone have any ideas or possibly know of anyone having been approved for breast augmentation for this reason? Thanks
