How long for the commity in Walnut Creek to approve you for surgery?

I saw the psych today and all is a go with her, she is sending my letter of approval to my PCP today. My PCP had approval from her chief and is sending my file to the commity in Walnut Creek. I hear they only once a month? Dies anyone know when in the month that is and how ling it takes for approval? thank you & god bless
