HELP!!! I dont' want to get pregnant before surgery

Okay, well I went off my Birth Control pills 3 weeks ago because of the Blood Clot factor in surgery. I don't have a surgery date yet, but it should be sometime in the next 6-8 weeks. Well last night, my husband and I were having relations, and the condom BROKE!! I do not want to become pregnant before I have surgery, and plan on going right back on the pill as soon as I can after surgery. It is my understanding that I am infertile. I haven't had a child in 6 years, and when I am not on the pill, my periods come once every 3 months or so. I have not been formally diagnosed with PCOS, but I have a lot of symptoms of it, and wouldn't be surprised if I do have it. I highly doubt that I would become pregnant within 3 weeks of going off the pill (it took me 1 1/2 years to get pregnant with my daughter), but I think I need some reassurances here. Any advice? Should I call my doctor for the morning after pill? Or should I just wait.
