I Have Two Questions Re: Weight Loss After Surgery...
1) I currently weigh 320 lbs and once I have surgery, I really hope to eventually reach 125-130 (I'm only 5'3"), but it seems that those losing from the 300 lb range don't seem to lose as low as those who are UNDER 300 lbs starting out -- Is it just me, or do most post-ops tend to 'stop short' of goal weight? How can I ensure MY OWN success? This question really bothers me because I really hope to achieve a 'normal range' weight, but am afraid I'll fall some 40 or 50 lbs shy of it! 2) How does your body know WHEN to STOP losing?
