I am 14 weeks post op - Open Roux-en-Y- distal 4/4/2000

and I am still experiencing abdominal sweeling and tenderness. Is this normal. I will see my doctor next week for my check up. My PCP said he did not feel any hernia's but was concerned with the swelling and tenderness. He was not sure if this was normal due to the amount of surgery that I had in April. Did other experience this kind of discomfort?
