Can I cook with white wine?
I was wondering if any of you knew if post-op RNY patients can safely cook with wine? I haven't read if this would cause me to dump or not. Most of the recipes I have call for 1/4 cup to 1 cup of white wine and are for 3-4 servings. If not, is there something I can substitute for the wine that would work just as well. I really appreciate any replies.
