Do most women have a C-section after weight loss surgery to deliver a baby?

I had a c-section 4 years ago when I gave birth to my daughter. I am now 10 months post-op and am pregnant. I was curious of other womens experience with pregnancy & labor after weight loss surgery. Is a c-section likely or recommended?
