Anyone ever been approved w/ Amer. Comm. PPOM?

Hi. I'm just starting this insurance process and was wondering if anyone in Michigan has ever been approved by American Community Ins. PPOM? I've already have my consult. visit and the office told me I have nothing to worry about, but I'd like some extra "insurance" knowing that others have been approved. Thanks for your help.
