what doctor accepts access med plus/tenn care for gastric bypass

i have been trying to locate a doctor in tennessee if possible that will accept access med plus/tenn care for gastric bypass. so far i have not had luck with even finding the doctor to ask to be referred to by my primary doctor. i keep hearing that access will not cover it but i talked to them direct at access and they said if it was medically necessary that it is covered by them. please help and email me at [email protected] thanks
