My PCP won't refer me!!! What do I do.

Has anyone had any dealings with Kaiser in Harbor City, CA? If so, please email with the name of your doctor. My doctor knows nothing about the procedure and is reluctant to refer me. He doesn't even know where to start. I'm willing to do the footwork, if someone can help me. Thanks.
