MICHIGAN Surgeon, to perform LAP RNY, whom is in AETNA NETWK

I am seeking a Michigan (detroit area)surgeon to perform LAP RNY procedure. The catch is, this surgeon needs to be in the AETNA US Healthcare Network. I can't afford to pay out of pocket costs. I have called various hospitals w/in the network w/no success. I think one problem that I am having, I am not sure the "type" (specialty) of surgeon that performs this procedure. Please help w/any and all information.
