Additional search capabilities by Location and Insurance type

Having the ability to search not only by name but by location and or insurance type would be invaluable with regards to find people close to you that may be able to give valuable references that you may actually easily use such as medical facilities, doctors, programs These things would be in close proximity to where the person doing the searching is located and may be familiar with already. The same would go for insurance types being able to know if one insurance type is more or less likely to cover surgeries such as this. The last thing I want to say is I am not picking on this site I think it is one of the most user friendly sites I have found. I will let anyone who maybe interested in this subject know of it. Thank you for putting it together
