I am having difficulty losing weight again. PLEASE HELP

It has been a few years since my surgery. I lost alot of weight for about a year, and then have started gaining weight back. I dont get full like I used to, and am really upset, because I am gaining weight back and dont want to eat like I am. Can anyone help?
